FYI I'm doing some server maintenance and stuff again over the coming days and weeks, so its possible some things might break.

It will probably also take even longer than usual for me to get to merging things.

These need to be added manually at the moment.

If there's some gametype anyone wants added, I would ask once again that the following be provided to help with the process:

- A download to the gametype and related content (official patches, updates, etc) with version information
- A one-line description
- Credits listing and team/author the mod was released under
- A write-up (usually a copy of the "about" or description from a README)
- A banner/header/logo image
- Any screenshots or other images that are of interest
- Homepage, or tracked down archive.org homepages, other links, and ModDB links of available

Refer to current gametype pages for examples.

As you can see a fair amount of information is needed to be gathered which is why these aren't added daily, or via an automated system.

That's only to be expected, thanks for the hard work!

Merging servers? Or is this to get rid of the duplicate entries when searching for content?
Will this also fix the weird indexing thing where it breaks when searching for content with more than 200~ results? (Assuming that issue is not just me)

Thanks a lot for the clarification!

Are there any requirements for what the homepage must be? Does it have to be a separate website, or can it be a forum post or blog post or something? Is the ModDB / other sources required?

Search should be better now. I think dupes and pagination should be fixed. "Quality" of the results is still potentially hit and miss.

Can be anything really. Potentially nothing if there's no real permanent home or otherwise for a thing, like if something was only released on Discord. If there's a forum post about it, that's perfectly acceptable too.

So I have been trying to archive the hundreds of assault trial maps that are not currently uploaded, and have run into three issues with your archive site:

1. I am going through the trouble of figuring out map authors (credits are often not listed in level info), differences between versions, gathering screenshots for maps, and so forth. ATM I see no way to add any of this data to anything I upload, which defeats the purpose of bothering.

2. I can't edit the pages for maps that are already uploaded. Some of the currently uploaded trial maps are missing files, screenshots, and/or other data, which I can fill in real quick since I know these maps. Really don't want to reupload the same thing twice just to fill in missing content.

3. Your processor auto-rejects my upload, claiming:
[1:09:09 AM]No recognizable content found in file AS-[ Hr]Bluedeathv1-UT2XFix.zip
[1:09:09 AM]No new content found
There is a map file, several system files, and a couple screenshots in the .zip, all "recognizable content". And the map itself is not on the site, so "no new content found" is bogus.

Just a guess: some *ix-systems cannot process ZIP archives that have backslash instead of slash as path separator.

Is there a way to update some packages as a map creator whose maps are hosted on UA?
You must construct additional pylons.

Two weeks and no response.

Literally have hundreds of maps here, sitting, waiting for someone to explain what is going on here. If you actually were on Discord, this would be x200 easier.

Try selecting the type of your content, e.g. "Map" from the dropdown menu.

Calculate the SHA1 sum of the map itself and search in UA for it. Maybe the map already exists there but has another name.

What is a 'SHA1 sum'?
