Please help me.

Brand new server, vanilla install.

Installed Ace 10H.
All settings correct, happy to post ini settings here if needed.

Server is Linux, hosted by gameservers.com

When you join, the attached error pops up.
Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

For now I have removed ACE or my server sits empty

we're there any ACE files already present in your \system folder?

Make sure all older files are deleted;
*nploader
*iace
*beaenginefork

Kinda made me wonder if the transition somewhere had a minor corruption/easy fix...

EDIT: Checked my system folder, only latest files. Its a new installation so clean install. Players crash when joining with the error in my first post

This is a newly created server.
But let me check the System folder over and come back to you.

pehaps players should run UT on mode XP SP2 . i have less crash since i run ut on xp mod

An update - I'm certain the issue lies with my host (gameservers).

Got them to upload the ACE files directly to my server.

Same error message when I join and player crash as in my first post.

Even when they deleted all ACE related files from their folders ?

i don't remember what the symptoms where.
But did you asked/informed about that GLIBC thing @ GS ?

Yep did that. They had to move my server to a new box for that request. New IP as well.

Tried older ACE1 versions?
Best luck here.

Ask them to install new library for Linux os or change the operating system to latest one, install latest c++ library for your client ut. This same error I faced before when I changed os to win 2003 server. Now I'm running win 2008 server, there is no library issues.
