Lol, UTCmds was first made because of the !P, !Play !S, and !SPEC commands.
They work perfectly here.
I do however remember someone once before had the problem you having but it ended up some other mod causing it.
Try running MapVoteX107c or SmartSB102w, they also got those same !Commands in them.

I am using UTCmds since a long time and really enjoy it !

However, I just realize I can not go back from spec to player using !p.
Is that normal ?

Info: Vanilla UT99 (469c) with just UTCmds enabled,on windows, server mode, last version (8).
