Fast UZ compressor, drop-in replacement UCC.exe for compress/decompress unreal .uz files

In latest release on github added uz.bat file, which can be set as default handler for .uz files. It unpack file near from .uz.
Use "Open with" and choose "uz.bat". Not forget set "use always". After that you can unpack it by double click on .uz file.
