looking for mod to send player to spec if server full

Hi there,

Ive seen on some servers when you connect and the slots are full ie; 1v1 that there is a mod which alerts the new player if they wish to reconnect as spectator instead of just declining them from joining the match. does anyone know what this mod is and where to get it please?

it brings up a menu with some buttons [Reconnect as Spectator] or something.
