New version of skeletal character base is created. All known issues were fixed, thanks to SteadZ. I'm going to use it for recompiling the skins that I made for Unreal, after I finish some coop trip with my friend.

For remind: 227i is not enough stable to run skeletal chars, but you can play singleplayer or coop calmly and restarting the game in botmatch for avoiding crashes that can happen while map change/restart.

New version of ONI Konoko S skin released! Based on new fixed skeletal character base.

Model additions and fixes:
- Added UT99 female sounds
- Fixed neck mesh position

Note: Remember the warnings about 227i skeletal system in previous posts of this topic.

Planned to do it before, just was testing gameplay for get screenshots.
