Yes it is!!! I tested CTF-(UTW)CageTitans (witch has UTDMT Titans) with the 469 patch and the Titans don't fight back . Everything else seems to be working though.
Somewhere in Nevada...

Because I'd need such for each UTDM-monster... or, at the very least, find someone to figure out why they aren't doing as they used to.

Until you not fill issue on github (usually in form: Reproduce steps, Expected result, Actual result), issue not exists.
So nobody will investigate it.

On the contrary, the issue would need to be solved BEFORE I get the patch, if it can be fixed at all.
If it can't, the patch is a limitation I don't need.
Also, it may be worth considering that there used to be a monster issue for normal standard monsters where they ignored players in all gametypes that weren't MH, which started after the previous patch. Now, that was fixable, slight adjustments in the UnrealTournament.ini cleared that up... but has anyone checked how Unreal monsters are under the new patch yet? Outside of MH.

You talk about patch as of some irreversible thing, which can be applied to game without any possibility use old version after.
It is not true.
You can copy game folder, apply patch and use both versions, old and new.

Not really, I know full well I can use it and then get rid of it. Hardly my 1st experience with a patch... but I don't feel a need to get it.
I mean, I could've gotten it long before now; been available for awhile... but there's no rush.
Less rush as I now know about this particular problem.
Had to double check that map, as it happens I have it. Maybe not the best map to judge as the UTDMT are locked in cages.
I prefer them a bit more free range.

Well. Possible if you start feedback at v469a, then at v469b your problem be solved.
Look like you not really need fix it. So possible you miss window of opportunity for v469c and all can goes to v469d or later. Which can out after few years.

Well Grins, what can I say? It is your choice. It is anyone's choice. The patch is not mandatory. But you know what? I like the patch. A lot. I am not going back to 436. Ever. For me, the benefits outweigh any "inconveniences". Ok, so you found a glitch? Well, that is what github is for. You know, this is an effort to make this game that we love even better, and only one or two people are working on it, and for me they deserve respect and appreciation. And they don't get enough.

The Unreal monsters work fine in 469b using Monster Spawn - no problems at all that I've noticed (some improvements, no more spam from the brute rocket for example). It someone is updating that package, it would be nice to address all the log spam (a kill by or of a Titan results in multiple messages in the log) as well plus issues which sektor has highlighted.
