it's because I have the OPFWS, but it's too fast, losing the weapon switching animation. Then I saw a faster exchange on this server, but not as fast as on the 'OP's fastweapon switch" and I found the one on the server more suited to my interest.

If anyone knows a weapon switch accelerating mutator let me know.

It's should be the UTPure which includes the FWS, inside FNN.
The UTPure version, is the one from IG+

Whoa, I am interested too!!!
That reminds me. I don't know how many of you have played the game Xonotic, but the weapons also have fast weapon switch. Pretty cool feature. I prefer UT by far, but that game is really nice too.

1) Hold the SHIFT key and right-click your SYSTEM folder of UT.
2) Select "Open a command window here"
3) In the Command Window type: ucc decompress c:\users\username\filename.u.uz (path to UZ file)
4) The decompressed *.u file is in your SYSTEM folder.

If you don't see "Open a command window here":

1) Hit START
2) Type CMD and hit ENTER
3) Type: cd PathToYourUTFolder\system and hit ENTER
4) Type: ucc decompress c:\users\username\filename.u.uz (path to UZ file)
5) The decompressed *.u file is in your SYSTEM folder.

You call a function decompress which is in the UCC.exe/bin file of your UT.
There are 88 graphical tools that can also do this, but once you master the knowledge, it will never go away

That space shouldn't be in the root folder
Remove the space in the "Unreal Tournament" folder so that it becomes "UnrealTournament", and try again.
You don't want spaces in your UT folder.

My quesation now is how use the mutator, because I can´t see in the list of mutators

For it to be visible in that list, an *.int file is needed.
To workaround this you can open the file with WOTgrealExporter / UTPE / or just the regular Engine, where you can see the mutatorclass.
For example FWSMutator.FWSMutator.
