server test
Is there any chance I can get someone to check and see if my server is visible to the public?

In order to verify this the easiest way, we need some more info:
What is the actual IP:PORT?
Can you reach the IP yourself through Open Location in UT?
If no, what is the OS, Windows, or Linux?
Do you control the host? > is it a VPS/VDS? or hosted at Gameservers/NFO ?
If you control the host:
Have you made firewall exceptions for ucc.bin/exe and did you forward/opened any ports?

Ok more info ...
I'm the host, I have a main router in my house with a 2nd router in my shop connected to it.
I set it up wrong, I needed to Port Forward from the Main Router not the secondary router.
I'm about to fix that.
It shows up as a LAN server only the way it set right now.
I'm using a pc with win7
I'll post back when I'm done fixing the router setup

But I'm on a Local machine now to see if the outside world can connect!

I think he should check 333networks first. Many servers that are online do not show up on gametracker, for some reason.
EDIT: He should enable "advertise server", shouldn't he?

Lost power last night and the server was down.
It's back up this morning and hopefully we can get this sorted
I did forward these ports >> 7777-7781 UDP, 27900 TCP, 80 TCP

When running Custom Maps or other serverpackages , you need to enable redirect with a link. I just tested and was downloading a Map that was not compressed. 
ex:
