Uskaarj is a total conversion of UT that Changes it from a First person Shooter into a Real Time Stratagy game.

I haven't played it - the readme says it is multi-player only - but from having a look at all the files, I would say yes, you play as a Skaarj (or as the Skaarj) so one is a Skaarj but not in the same way as in Coop - this is a strategy game rather than a FPS or other type of shooter - as far as I can tell, the player isn't physically in the game but rather controlling units of humans or Skaarj.
