StopSpin

StopSpin - small and easy mutator.

Stop rotatation for any Inventory.
Useful on sniper servers for prevent distract attention to not alive moved things.

Can be used as ServerActor too.
No any settings.

Install:
Add to mutator list StopSpin.StopSpin (or to ServerActors - preferred way)

Completely server-sided, so do not need add into ServerPackages.
