FixNetSpeed

Tiny and easy mutator.
Periodically (once per minute) check client NetSpeed and if it less from maximal server speed, notify player:
Your network speed is too low (8000 < 50000). To fix game lags, write to the chat: !FixSpeed
If player write in chat !FixSpeed, then his speed increased to server value.

Install:
Add to mutator list FixNetSpeed.FixNetSpeed (or to ServerActors - preferred way)
Add to ServerPackages FixNetSpeed.

Playing in a LAN I get the annoying message every minute, that my netspeed is 20 000 < 200 000. Can't that be switch off?

I can make exception for LAN play (if able detect it OFC) but main goal of this thing make client speed bigger from derver and stop make bottle neck from client setiing, so not need any sense of such expection.

if you use 200k on lan just set netspeed 200k for client. What is problem?

Maybe some player don't want to have the settings changed nor having that message every minute.

Not reason. Maybe some players not want see kill message from other players too. Or see your "Tips" on servers. Or see taunts in chat. or.. or...
Some options not configurable. I not see any problem if such info appear once per minute.
Possible such timer can be configurable on server-side.
