Which VCTF maps ported from UT2004 (or even UT3) to UT99?

If you know VCTF map which ported from UT2004 (or even UT3) to UT99, please write such names.
AFAIK
VCTF-BloodGulch ported few times:

Also exists
BurgerWars which come long way, from UT99 to VCTF in UT2004:

Something else?

As I see this map never be in UT99. It created for UT2003 And later ported to UT2004.

https://unrealarchive.org/authors/hobi-wan.html). I can't really see any others from a quick look through the VCTF on Unreal Archive - going by the map names anyway (apart from the obvious Face/Hall of Giants versions).
