Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
Nothing new. I have no time. It slowly faded into No-Time-State. I'll continue work during Summer-Vacations, if I should be at home, don't expect that I'm going to code at my girlfriends PC !

Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
You're doing a perfect work in the EP. Maybe i'll start using it on my next maps...My actual ones are being made in a "classic" style, if you got what I mean. The effects of the SDK don't combine with the theme of them. I like to use the light/corona effects in open maps...It gives some reallity improvement.
Keep doing the good work. ^^

Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
It only has been launched a Demo Version, a preview in UScript (BETA), you shoudn't use it to develop, you should wait like I am doing now for the complete one.Slave wrote:You're doing a perfect work in the EP. At least the complete one will have native code versions of major things that exist now in the Demo as UScript, which means better online support, less CPU usage and more GPU usage for what it was built for.
The current progress is in 78% at the moment, and it seems that he has no time to it right now, so good luck Shadow

Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
Thanks Feralidragon. He's right - I explicitly dissuaded from using the Demo. It was buggy, it was unfinished, it had a minimum of working features. Compared to the whole stuff in the Final the Demo is just a small laughter..
And.. yes I'm back and I'm going to continue development during Summer Vacations..
The first thing I've to do is reorganising tasks and work. I have to look what has to be done, what has to be finished until I took a break and what can be done. So at least a couple of days will be needed to gain an overview...

Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
Yeah!
Now there are good news
Shadow, one sugestion, this time state the release date in full TBD, which means when's ready, is ready, period. Just update the progress like once in a month or so
This thing that you saying that the release may be in X date gave always bad luck
So, good work Shadow, I will work in my SP mod too meanwhile (doing vehicle models and so).

About to be non-active
My very last UT map project: CTF-FacePalm (tropical CTF-Face remake)
Why do I leave? click here
What I want to do next: Joining an UDK team (uncertain however) and improve 3D modelling and texture editing skills
Thanks to those who visibly supported me until/at the end!

Re: [DEMO] UT99 Extension Pack
Shadow stopped the developement on the SDK. But its his part to say that official with a statement, not ours. If Shadow stay silent, i have to think about removing (but not deleting) his SDK forums here soon.
