Issue - no compatible video devices showing in recovery startup

Seeking help - I am not seeing any compatible 3D video devices when I launch in recovery mode. I normally see Direct3D & OpenGL. But now nothing. I really don't want to do a full reinstall of UT. Any ideas? N.B. using NVIDIA GEFORCE GT730. Even tried with default motherboard video, so suspect my UT installation has become corrupt. Any help would be appreciated please.

If there option for show all devices - use it and select appropriate one.
If no, then, look like you missed .int files in System folder which describe what renders present in UT.
For fix missed files, you can install latest path:

Resolved - I used an old backup of UnrealTournament.ini file. I just need to remember how many changes I made it it in the past :/
