NaliFix (New Nali)

There's a flaw in the Nali player model that UT has, and it is likely one of the reasons so few skins were made for the Nali early on.
Flaw is that no matter what skin you use, the moment you select a Team Color the skin automatically ignores what skin is assigned it and switches to the default Team Colors from the Nali model.
Thus, the NaliFix (don't remember who made this originally) which enables the actual Team Colors of whatever Nali skin you're using.
Had to track this down again recently as I want to edit a couple skins for the Nali, specifically from a bunch of Nali skins LeoTCK provided not too long ago... as well as one from new Nali textures from Turboman's latest project.
Also even with the fix, there's one thing that wasn't fixed. Talk Textures from the default Nali still are used no matter which Nali skin you're using.
