@MartinShameus - looking great! Are you building with UnrealEd 2.0 brushes? Something ( very long ago ) I tried to eliminate BSP / hall of mirror hell was swapping out intersecting things like pillars with semi-solids. The other thing, which I'm not sure made that much impact on BSP, other than slightly helping on the OCD side is snapping vertices to the grid.
I think there was a line you could type in the command box that'd snap verts on the active brush to the grid , it might help somewhat where multiple edges intersect.

Yep, normal 2.0 Editor and regular UT textures. Some obcejts were made in 2D shape editor (catwalks, windows, maps).
