I'll change the info in the readme to make it clearer:
bShowForTeammates=False (True - shows the names of only teammates, works if bShowForPlayers=True)

1. TDM HUD.
- fixed overlap with CTF HUD
- added digital font for team score
2. Added hitsounds for Monsters.
3. The lifetime of shell decals has been reduced to 10 sec reduce server and client load.
4. bHitscanTradeKills now True by default.
5. Client FlakCannon chunks are synchronized with server ones.
6. Client BioRifle splash glob are synchronized with server ones.
7. Arena Mutator NewNetH4X:
- H4XSpeed in FragNewNet.ini moved from section [fnnXXX.UTPure] to [fnnXXX.NewNetH4X] and changed to FireSpeed
- added option bChangeFireSpeed=False (False - The shot speed of fire will not be changed in any state. True - the shot speed will be increased by FireSpeed ​​if the player is standing still)
8. Arena NewNetCG. Now when hit someone else's shock projectile, a combo occurs.
9. Demorec. Fixed display of the Enforcer shooting.

1. Arena mutators NewNetSA, NewNetH4X. Added options:
bBroadcastHeadHunt=True (True - broadcast message in the chat area about “Head Hunter”)
bRepeatHeadHunt=True (True - repeat message and sound “Head Hunter” every SoundAfterHeadShots)
SoundAfterHeadShots=3 (Number of head shots after which the “Head Hunter” sound and message appears)
2. KillMsgSounds mutator. Adds sounds and messages after a set number of kills.
-- combo Shock Rifle sound ‘Combo Whore’
-- alt Flak Cannon sound “Flak Monkey”
-- headshot Sniper Rifle sound “Head Hunter”
-- kills Impact Hammer sound “Jackhammer”
Options are described in the readme.
3. Fixed damage by radius.
4. Fixed broadcast multikill messages.
5. Spectators
-- fixed mouse wheel navigation between players
-- the player's HUD is replicated for the spectator only when the spectator is watching the player
-- fixed switching to a player from SpectatorCam

1. Added option bSpecReplicateHUD=False (True - the HUD of the player the spectator is watching will be replicated to the spectator. This is set to False by default, as servers running patches >469b already have this implemented in the patch. If server is running patches ≤469b, set it to True)
2. Mutator KillMsgSounds. Added options:
- bLongRangeKill=True (True - activates client message after a long range kill "Long Range Kill!". Not works for Redeemer or Vengeance Relic)
- bBroadcastLongRangeKill=True (True - broadcast message in the chat area about “Long Range Kill!"” )
