Yzma Voicepack

I rewatched The Emperor's New Groove earlier this month and thought Yzma would make a hilarious voicepack... Also wanted to work on something outside of Overwatch.
Lines are taken from the main movie as well as the tv series The Emperor's New School, all voiced by Eartha Kitt.
Female VP includes acknowledgements, friendly fire, orders, team lines, and 27 taunts,
"You really should have thought of that before you became peasants!"
"It's like I'm talking to a monkey, a really really big stupid monkey."
"Do you want to know something else? I never liked your spinach puffs!"
