modifying weapons help

hi all i wanted to ask a question.

how easy would it be for someone like me who hasnt got any coding knowledge to be able to swap the details of the dsf rifle ie ammo count,zoom reticle,and the way it shoots and behaves plus no muzzle flash over to the sfl rifle.i was hoping maybe it could just be a copy and paste thing thank you for your time in reading this
