I had a similar thought at one point. I had to think of those randomly generated warpzone connections that one of the Unreal mods did. But randomly generated maps..well I could think of two people capable of writing something like that maybe. Dots and yrex (maybe but dunno if he would go full "AI" route)

Also don't forget that those are not real AIs. The real AI research programs were stopped ages ago. This machine learning stuff is based on research from more than 50 years ago or so. Just now it became feasible for "everyday user".
