UT99.org is updated and back online!

Dear Community,

we are back online!

UT99.org has moved successfully to the new webhosting provider hetzner.de.

Changes:
- UPDATED PHP to the latest version 8.2
- UPDATED phpBB to the latest version 3.3.11
- FIXED DKIM/SPF related mail issues for Gmail
- FIXED Varnish Cache exception rarely being triggered

I am glad it looked seamless. The import wasnt though. But everything worked out in the end and UT99.org is even running on better hardware and has more space.
