i sujest to you to use Monsterhunt2gold
here the settings :
[MonsterHunt2Gold.MH2Base]
UseMHTranslocator=True
GiveAllWeapons=True
for the light the player can type :
MUTATE LIGHT -for a personal lamp
MUTATE DARK -turns light off

If you want allweapons to be in the inventory, you need a mutator.
There are many different ones you could use.
A few ones are: AllWeapons, AllWeaponsFullyLoaded, SmartWeapons, NewNet also has mutators to achieve this goal, if your goal is for online play.
Search for these mods on the usual places like Medors, or Unrealarchive.
A few of these should also be posted here on the forum itself.
Don't hesitate to ask if you run into against any issues.
