Is there an Animal_PACK2.u?
The number kind of suggests a series of files, would be kind of weird to have a 1 with no other subsequent numbers after it.

Not really. Sin Episodes ended at Episode 1. Inherent Evil ended at chapter 1... many FULL GAMES that shamelessly tease a sequel end up never getting one.
It's clear that there were further Animal_PACKs planned but if none materialized... take it up with the author, I guess.

Admittedly, I just tried to check that and... I don't know. However, what I do know is that it's part of a set of "_PACK1" files, together with Tree_PACK1.u and WSWestern_PACK1.u. The composition of the files (classes starting from WS and the files ending with a _PACK1 show just that.
