I have a rented webbhotell and I am trying to my get redirect public but wont work, my guess is I have to add a .htaccess-file but no clue how edit it to work with downloads only?

First verify your web access with a browser. For example open
http://123.45.67.89/CTF-Face.unr.uz in your browser. If you don't use port 80, add the port: http://123.45.67.89:56789/CTF-Face.unr.uz. If that doesn't work, have a look into the web server's log."If Origin not in center it be not in center." --Buggie

Do you have access to the web server's config and log files? Maybe they are in
/etc/apache2/sites-available/ and /var/log/apache2But as I see nginx is running as web server there - there the config files may be in

HTTPS not supported for uz redirect. Only HTTP and only in basic way. No any fancy features of protocol. However simple redirects supported. With limit of count of such.

Visible the redirect works at http://www.unrealmayhem.se/redirect/, but not gamevice since I see the files load to 100% so I wonder if there is a port that needs to be open from the host ? it can't be there UT-servers port 3000-3001 for ex since its suppose get the files from there?

Ensure other parts look like that:

You can also try specify address like
RedirectToURL=http://www.unrealmayhem.se:80/redirect/
Also show what your client write into log on attempt download files.
There also must be info about downloaders on join to server, like that (from XV server):

I tested to add :80 and tested Barbies address since we have a lot off same maps, same thing and for Devnet it shows this..

Port 38531 is Buggie's XV-CTF server; the main MH server is at port 47777. http://barbies.world:47777/IMO this message indicates that the UT server itself sends the file, not the redirect server.
You should have selected a map that is not an unique one for your server (like Crescendo.unr or MH-Canyon.unr).
