I'm reading about the AtomicCow skin fix. This means bp1fix will not be necessary anymore? Also, will you fix the Bonus Pack 4 models? Thanks!

AtomicCow skin fix allow you select atomic cow skin and use it.
No idea what bp1fix do.
And not hear anything about thing which need fix in BP4 models.

And for bonus pack 4 (https://www.pseudorandom.co.uk/2001/paradox/bonuspack4/)This fix includes a fix for both the bonus pack models, Nali and Warcow. The Warcow fix prevents the cow from reverting to the default skin, allowing the atomic cow and custom skins to be used in team games. It also allows skinners to modify the mounts and have team colors for the body, as used in the lamb skin and the warcow skin (Available at SkinCity ). The Nali fix allows skinners to provide team colors for the nali, as done in SkinWalker's NaliX, Spiderman and Mettallian skins.
The bonus pack 4 isn't much of a fix (except maybe the Talktexture), but Bonus Pack 1 fixes seems more important.Summary
A fix to allow Unreal Tournament players to produce and use custom skins for the WarBoss and Xan Mk.2 models supplied with Epic Games' Bonus Pack 4, released December 2000.
Skinnable versions of WarBoss and Xan Mk.2 models

Following a query from QAPete at PlanetUnreal, I'd like to assure everyone that this fix does not overwrite any Bonus Pack 4 file and causes no problems with online compatibility. However, you'll only be able to use the skinnable versions of these models on servers which also have this fix.

Our fix allow use Atomic cow. You can't change colors for body. It only fix bad behavior, not add new one.
Look like bp1fix do more then that.

will the new renderers (dx11, vulcan) from the patch 469e support loading external DDS textures as it was done in this implementation ?

with external texture support there is no need to edit the game's texture archives and at the same time can have highly detailed textures of objects (such as weapons)
