XVehicles Raptor "AttackCraftIdle" audio fix

Not sure if this is too little too late, but I made a replacement for the XVehicles Raptor Idle audio.

Exported original audio to a wav file. (AttackCraftIdle.wav)

Loaded it into Wavosaur.

Set track to "Loop"

Re-Imported back into UT and saved as a UAX file.

The result is a smoother audio track without the "skipping" sound.

See results in the test map, DM-RaptorLoopTest01.unr

Maybe this can be included if there is another update.

Looping sounds for engine usually bad idea. That lead to stay sound after it set to None. So need apply hacks here. Sound must be seamless, but not looping.
