[REQUEST/HELP] How i use ut99 ai in TO bots

How i put the AI of bot of ut in TO? Actually they can use cs1.6 guns even with recoil.
There is the same parameters to adjust the difficulty of one.
I want to use this to train with Ut MOVEMENT with guns of TO.
I can pay for this.
