I played a bunch of times. Large scale. Will require a 5v5 loadout. I had the most fun in "Turbo" mode. I think flag location is fine; It's relative to the scale of the rest of the map. It just needs a marker back there to give it some more life.
Only two spawn points at the moment. Their location is good; One spawn point at the flags would be fine ONLY IF you include at least two spawn points in the middle of the map. That area is very empty; Noted in pics.

These w00t CTF maps are more fun than zoomers deserve to know about. I am conflicted. The zoomers, they yearn for the friendly competition.

Thanks for the feedback @revok14 - I included many of the suggestions you made, including adding armour and a bit of balancing for the boring / empty corridors.

So was hoping to release the pack tonight, but the flu and other events overtook me, so it'll be 20 years and 1 ( maybe 2 ) days anniversary since the first pack release in 2005 :loool:


I appear to have 13 maps total too , dunno if that's unlucky :noidea

I can share if anyone wants to test, but these are the 'final' names, so will probably just try smash the last few snags off the list on Saturday.

On CTF-w00t-16, I'm able to hoard shield belt, armor, thigh pads, and keg o health in around 10 secs.

I like the location of the armor, but some other stuff would have to be removed or re-located.
I still think that you need to add one more more spawn point to the "mid" area for each team.Right now it's just two spawns in each base. It just feels like if you get fragged once you're 100pct not saving a flag cap b/c of the scale of the map and not as much visibility as your other w00t maps.

CTF-w00tious_SE_Beta_15 - wasn't able to play b/c there was a missing music file "sabbysomething" I didn't delete anything.
DeadMeatGF - Great spawn adds. Better gameplay now. Love the chaotic criss-crossing routes.
CTF-w00terGalactic - Still needs a spawn point on the top ledges where flags are. You can just stay up there and run flags without even interacting with the bots.

I think it's CTF-w00tEternal_Beta_11 that still has an old thumbnail.

I only played the other 9 maps about one time each. They are all still great.

One question - is there a way to suppress the error in the logs when you're using an animated screenshot, that's not called 'Screenshot'?

Or does it not matter ?

Will update website when done - I forgot how arduous editing all the HTML was, there's actually more maps in volume 3 than there were in volume 2, when I had other mappers helping me!
