Any one happen to know what happened to the server Rosebud?

I could be a little off on the name, I know it had Rose in it though.
Because back when I used to play UT99 all the time that was the server I'd always play on, but I remember at some point, taking a short break from the game or something and coming back and it not being there.
I remember finding their site, and it didn't say anything about it, and not to long ago I decided to try and find the site again and I can't find it. So I figured I'd come here and see if anyone knew the server I'm talking about, and if I just got the name wrong, or if it's been shut down completely.

You mean RoseBum? With RX and Rosebum cars?
It went offline for a long time, but some months ago it got back on
