Hi,

I was just curious of what people create when they don't do or make UT...

Lez start wid me.. My hobby is to create some electronics stuff (Low voltage of course

).
This is what i created in 2-3 weeks after research and all, A guitar amp...

Self written real-time software rendering. Currently supports points lines and non-scaled sprites in 3d. (it can already draw UTish coronas) Not very fast...

Why don't you try into gaming industry for a job or something... or are you already employed...

@Papercoffee - I also read comic books and have i guess 50 odd books from the series of Nagraj (tis Indian superhero

)...Do you also make colored ones becoz these are all b/w as in old 70s...

N'ah... I just make random stuff. Maths programs, some misc drawings, strange art, scary drone ambiences, etc.

I also mod for the ZDoom engine. And I'm writing a sci-fi novel about the 'Hiikyan War'.

Unless you count that guide I made (that I seriously need to clean up) I don't do a whole lot for UT99 outside of play it. The most recent thing I did was put together a few 2 X 26 images to be used as background images for my task bars on my Ubuntu install. Basically the image just tiles itself across my task bars on my GNOME desktop.
Here's what the Cold Gray image looks like on my task bar.

I draw a mix 'tween japan, Europ and American style ...only the cover is colored or single images.
but most of the images are monochrome...
