So whats going wrong when i can get any servers to query up? hit f5 to refresh the list and nothing happens

First you have to check your internet connection while you connect with the UT server because sometimes you can't access it without speed of internet.
There is also need of your profile which is visible to the other users on the net.
Now you can find the server list on the server room option. There is one solution for you to get more server list in the gametracker site here you can install and play.
