Until Shade gets our download section working, all my voicepacks for UT99 can be found here at L4Y:

I've been pretty prolific since '99 and you may find something you like. BTW Levels4You.Com is for sale by owner Garner if anyone is interested. There's a wealth of UT99 files there.

I see a slight issue with the site, we can't download unless we have an account, and we can't make an account because of a 'problem with our mail server'. The voicepacks look good, but we can't get them unless we have an account o_O

Although they don't contain descriptions, they are free to download.

Registration had been disabled and it's back on now. There are 186 packs (including mine)
there....with photos and descriptions
