The Dust skin was loosely based off the Guyver character, may do an edit along those lines later.

Testing now: Kept the original head and added 2 more.

Got the team colors on the upper torso and the legs.

Lost access to the internet yesterday, and used the time to actually finish a skin. Currently testing, already sick of some of the faces.

Talk Textures for most of the default UT models are 64x64. I specify UT as a lot of the Unreal1 Talk Textures are 256x256, but those are mostly the exception.

Other custom models made for UT all tend to be 64x64 too... but, for whatever reason, I forgot that a few months ago and started making them 96x96.

Not sure why I settled on that resoluton, but it worked. Which got me curious, so for the recent Starfleet skins I upped it to 100x100.

Apparently, that works too... and it offers slightly better clarity to boot!

Took the face off a ut2004 model of Chuck Norris, testing to see if this can work. Like how I used to take monster skins from there for ut99.

Now I need a body to test it on.

Probably going to have to match the hair a bit.

Maybe, but I don't know for sure.

My initial assessement was more right than I knew, about having to adapt the hair. For 4 different skin tones to deal with here, from the face to the head it's attached to and the arms and torso.

Gonna need some serious tint edits on those.

May also have put the face a little high on, not sure if it entirely fits the facial structure of the model.

It's not in any of the packs realeased thus far by dd_death though it is in the packs on the EL DORADO servers. Presumably it will eventually be released 'publicly'.

Be interesting to see how it turns out. What about a cowboy skin version (as Walker Texas Ranger)?

If I can find one to adapt to it, maybe.

Was initially looking for a good camo, but the best of those are on the Male Commando... doesn't line up well at all.
