can change skin tone pretty well in photoshop, just trial and error with the different adjustments options sliders. you dont use photoshop?

No, I use tint edits with ThumbsPlus... but that's not the issue.

The proposed project is for 1 skin with faces of multiple world leaders... but a single skin only has 1 chest. Unlike faces, you can't switch chests for 1 skin.

oka understood making 1 class is not possible then if you want the belly is what you mean.

Okay, that texture lineup might be a bit trickier as it used a half-face, mirrored setup.

Plus I'd have to see if I could even load the model into Skinmaker, provided textures are setup for it properly.

Just a small heads up...

...the evil WW2 bad guys from Germany that nobody likes.

I discussed this with @papercoffee a stretch back, saying the distinctive arm band of the evil thingies I'd swap out the symbol which is in there with an unhappy smiley face or a cranky smiley face.

Mostly opting for basic designs from...

...the original Wolfenstein game.

Maybe its a cool idea to make a body skin for Elon musk also? the guy that is running the "kill Elon musk server" has the server down now but maybe it would be cool to give Elon some proper body skin for when he is bringing his server back online, no idea what exactly but maybe something formal like a suit and some simple space x logo?

i can try to make the alternate Kim jong skin and some faces for leaders anyway. Putin, Macron and Netanyahu i think where on the wishlist.

I think im gonna look into the photoshop 3d tool as mentioned on the forum.
Im not really good at aligning the faces properly and that tool allows you to directly paint on the trxtured model and see your results.

So i was thinking either a regular formal suit with logo's or something of space X or a spacesuit or something inbetween.

Oh offcourse. That one honestly was hurried because i really liked the idea to have him on that particular server back then. Maybe i can fix it by just mirroring 1 half of the face and copy it to the other side, do some adjusting to steaighten it out will work i think.
I have more difficulty with the different parts for instance the hairline of the Xi skin was difficult where 2 different parts of the skin connect, the hair and the face corner. Thats where the photoshop 3d tool would come in handy next time.


Also the face skin with receeded hairline is a problem because the model keeps the geometry of the hair on the front so you still see that line..

Wouldn't that still be a mirrored half of a face which is still looking a bit to the side? Just use a different pic, he's a public figure. Enter into a search engine "Elon Musk face".

When I did the Chuck Norris face, I was taking it off a ut2k4 model, but I basically just cropped out a good view chin to forehead and then centered it in the part of the texture for the face.

Worked out pretty well.

Oh, to whom it may concern, my Mom took a nasty spill so I'll be away from things for about a week taking care of her. Nothing too bad, per se... docs couldn't find anything wrong with her, she's just finding it hard to move and there's a lot of pain.

Try not to miss me too much, and if I find any of you held a party due to my being gone... I will have my revenge!

But, I made the Wolfenstein skins as a skin-set and not individual skins. Blue Soldier, White Officer, Brown Coat, Green Sod, BJ...

Took the face off a ut2004 model, though the eyes were a separate animation so at the moment it's running around with its eyes closed.

May add the mutant experiment as an extra skin, but I got @Shade's permission to post them here when the project is done completed yesterday.
