UT2K4 models and voice-packs are commonly retro-fitted to UT99 versions.
There is plenty of source material. Tux is the person to ask for resources.

There are 3 bots on in my setup that would send Chuck Norris home in a cardboard box (if I had a Bruce Lee, it would be 4) ;)
You can't even sneak up on Spiderman or Judge Anderson, as their maxed accuracy and awareness means they know where you are before you do. And for my money Judge Dredd is the most un-killable, un-stoppable force (without super-powers).

RULE #2000AD: If Dredd enters the arena, you will be judged and found wanting.
You will put your weapons on the floor and go straight to the Iso-cubes perp.

Rule -1: Chuck Norris should be a skin. :D

Rule #007: Do not attempt to saddle and ride the WarCows! They REALLY hate that.

could be a new trend sport ... pupae-skates ...new and dangerous, because they try to attack you if you lose control.
