It's a matter of uniqueness to be factored in also. There are few mods and development for DOM, only a few legacy bits for AS but CTF and MH have a lot of current things. I think it might be nice also to maybe look at cleaning up the forums and replacing one or two with current active threads.

Don't get to report this one often, as I don't go much due to the language barrier, but http://www.utzone.de/forum/index.php is down.

Message they've got up reads:
"Das Forum ist aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten vorübergehend geschlossen.
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis und versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.

Currently Under Maintenance!
We are working on it!"

Somehow that top bit in German seems a lot longer than the English bit on the bottom.

Anyway, seems to indicate they won't be down long.

Actually it seems the same. Translate never gave me such a natural word :ironic:

By the way, it seems he only knows certain words in English so he decided to shorten the phrase to a level where it's easier for him to translate and for the others to read at the same time.

I can send the result: (with Portuguese words removed in Paint.NET)

lol Gustavo, it seems you don't know english and you translate all your posts. :P

I am 15 years old and i can control both english and spanish without translations (a few times i use it for some little help), i also use some extra urban words yo

Of course I do know English. I just don't know German. I translated the German text. I posted the result.

Perhaps you meant to say website instead of server.

I have had AS and/or DOM servers running for years.

Current DOM setup has players/bots VS monsters.

For those that haven't looked at the first post in this thread, it's a constantly updated (usually weekly) list of the Unreal/UT forums I'm a member of. I do status updates when I notice something significant or bad going on, and other stuff if i think it's interesting.

The middle section is for forums that're semi-dead, as in don't show much activity at all anymore. For example...

...GauntletWarriors (once a month or so) makes a new post, but mostly it's just the "Last post standing" thread that shows any weekly activity.

The http://myunreal.com/forum.php only allows posts that've been approved by a moderator, but they haven't approved anything from me in over a year. Not much else is posted their either.

I still don't quite understand what http://forumdirectory.freeforums.org/index.php is all about, but it's fairly dead too.

Current Main forum for the House of Fools may be out of that category soon, as they've been showing a lot of activity recently... gearing up for UT4:

When someone recommends a website for downloads, it's good to take a look at it to see if maybe it has it's own forum.

Found this in a thread recently, after checking the download site out a bit · http://forum.ultimateut.in/portal

Not that I don't love you guys to death (except that stinky weirdo over there) but it's somewhat frustrating that when I go to check out a new forum how many of you I already know from other forums. Just once in awhile I'd like to find a UT/Unreal forum where only a couple of you are there.

This one might be such a place.

Hadn't posted to http://rosebum.com/forum/index.php since January, because it seemed fairly dead. Finally, after all this time it was updated today... by 1 spambot and a "bump thread".

Think that forum's just about had it.
