So http://hofgamingclan.com/ is suffering a login glitch, which has been going on awhile but I only asked them about it recently.
Basically the 1st time anyone tries to login it doesn't work, but the 2nd does.
An admin says they'll get around to fixing it if anyone specifically asks them to.

Yeah...
A new problem with http://forums.ut-files.com, in that when you click "new posts" it logs you out... or if you wait a few seconds it logs you out anyway.
Hermskii's http://hermskii.com/forum/index.php is still up and running fine, although the other day he mentioned he's only got 6 regular members anymore.

very simple fix. its a known issue which has a fix on https://www.board3.de/ I'm honestly surprised Ut99.org, or anyone else is using it as its full of bugs, and hasn't been updated in years.
