Anyone tip how I can make this bloom like these?

You can find plenty of info on using ENB bloom, if you search this forum.

There is some problem :X
This tweak only change meshes+textures+drawscale off all weapons and projectiles, map lights, text color+messages, etc...
I try to contact with him but he dont reply to my message
Now I trying to make Unreal more UNREAL! Only this bloom thing missing in my collection, own tweak is done

I have a repackaged version of ENB on my site, with every useful extra and config I could find at the time.
It includes a Russian config editor with an alternative English help file.

You can use ENB without it changing your config, but that colour tweaking thing, seems to have issues (read the thread).
There have been other colour tweakers like "ColorfulUT" which I think you use as a mutator (I will have to check).

ENB has horrible problems with poorly made maps. Gaps between the brushes can show up as white lines
I prefer it with night-time maps, as it can make bright maps too bright.
You have to switch off D3D9's multi-textures in UT's ini file, so you sometimes lack some other effects and quality.

OK I just downloaded and tested with Winrar 4.20 beta 3 (32bit)
All OK here.Tested and un-packed fine. I packed it as small as I could, but 7zip has many odd combinations.
I'll upload a more standard 7zip which should work in an older WinRar (maybe).

Interesting, I downloaded WinRAR 4.20 but again dont work...

Try using the real 7zip to open problem 7zip files.
