TeamTeleporter

I just had a friend PM me wanting to make a team-based teleporter. I knew I had done this some years back and I just found it. I don't think I ever got around to posting it (a quick google search came up blank) so I'll just toss it up here in case anyone can use it.

What this is:
This is a teleporter that will only work for specific teams. It has the added bonus of having the teleporter collision crash fix code that Defrost did built into it. <Used with permission>

How to use:
There is a property in the teleporter called 'TeamNumber'. Set this to 0 for Red, 1 for Blue, etc. and if your player's team number isn't a match then the teleporter does nothing for you.

So, this teleporter can only be used by one team inparticular? (haven't looked at it yet) If someone from another team tries it do they just run through it with no effect or does it fling them far away to somewhere that will kill them?

I made this into a favorites teleporter too if you need one of those. This is just the U file, no readme, but I figure if you know how to use a favorites teleporter you won't need a readme. Same setup as the other one too, set 'TeamNumber' to the team you want using it.

he ... since it only works for teams ... have you played with the thoughts of a star trek map? make the teleporter only work if one team member is in it and another one activates it? kind a like: beam me up scotty! :loool:
