Well besides Unreal Tournament, i play Trackmania Nations forever and Battlefield2

I also play Trackmania Nations Forever once in a while. I also have TM original. And TM Nations registered. (TMs are my fav racing games ^^)
As for the "Playing games can inspire you for creating maps" part I play older games. They're a lil bit more original. And they don't only inspire you for creating maps. ^^

I didn't know that, I thought that only TrackMania Nations was free...

Does TrackMania Nations Forever have other cars beyond F1, or do I have to put there my own custom vehicles like in TrackMania Nations??

But graphics are better (no worries, no need for better gpu), and there are a lot of new pieces for the maps. Now you can even add water into the stadium.
