Got this weird one while trying to open UT, wasn't doing this yesterday.

Any ideas? As I can't play at all until whatever this is gets fixed!

Make sure that the file "Botpack.u" is not corrupt.
You run version 436? Here some checksums of my 436 file "Botpack.u":

Reinstall UT 469e-RC8 patch.

Actually, funny thing... soon as I rebooted my computer the problem corrected itself.
