Due to this ยท http://hermskii.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=40468#p40468

This isn't specifically about finding a download, I have this skin:

I'd either like to find out who made it, or somewhere hosting it so I can download it and maybe get a ReadMe file that has the author's name in it.

This is one of the most detailed skins I've ever seen, minus the lack of team colors. I've had it forever.

Do you have a name for the skin ?
Without a start-point of reference there is no way to start.

Even (especially) an old dead reference in Skincity is worth posting.
Getting hold of the actual zip name is the first step.

No medor, neither one of those is it.

You didn't click the link at the top of my post, did you?

It's a 2 skin package. Reptile Warrior & Reptile Soldier. SoldierSkins_Re

I got it from utskins.com, had it close to 10 years. It was never on Skin City.

Bad time to mention I don't recall where my decompressor for .uz is?

That said, pretty sure none of those are it either.

Have a poke around. Only a couple of the zips were captured, but you may find inspiration.

Use your Windows Explorer or file browser of choice and place the uz file in C:\UnrealTournament\System folder.

Open command prompt.
Enter CD C:\UnrealTournament\System

Use this command: "ucc decompress <whateverthehellitis>.uz" i.e. "ucc decompress Reptile.u.uz"

Move whatever files get extracted to the correct folders, and then move the uz file to an archive folder or something.
(So your System directory doesn't get clogged with stale junk...)
*edit - *.u files stay in System....

Hooray! Your done.

Repeat the above steps for any other uz files you need to decompress.

Thanks MrLoathsome!

Medor, those previous files weren't it and I dunno even what to make of that last .zip you left, but that's not it either.

You can add it as right-click option in Windows
I'll post a screenshot when I get home.
