One of those sites I love hitting a lot is this one:
http://www.unrealcentral.com/files/ (skim down, A LOT, for the ut99 stuff)
They had a lot of weapons I'd never seen before, one of which is an instagib with a sniper-scope.
Do you think it would be fair to host a sniper-match with an instagib-sniper rifle?

If everyone on the server has it ...why not.
Additional can you take a mod where only head-shots and body-shots count ...and you will have fun

Take or make?
I'm rather fond of, for traditonal sniping circumstances, a mutator called ExplosiveMode. Any headshots makes a redeemer fire directly at whoever shot it.

I was brainstorming with Chamberly about a sniper server.
My idea consists on giving each player a different sniper rifle (out of as many variations possible) every time they spawn, that includes clan rifles with or without fast fire switching.
That would force players to adapt their gameplay to their own and opponent rifles... or get themselves killed for a new rifle.

Or you can take the random arena mutator and make a weapon list with all this rifles.

As much I played so many sniper servers and games, I've never heard of this before.

That idea already somewhat exists as a real server though (I don't know the IPs, but I already played exactly like that in a zark sniper arena server, with double jump and everything).

It's easy as it is... just add them server packages and mutator and go!
But some will try to override some, and there might be a conflict somewhere. I've had 2 xloc laying around too!

About SniperRifle, I remember when 2 years ago(?) I playing in Sniper Mania Server
Now is that server is dead, somebody know about the server why is empty now?
I really miss that server, there was powerfull games with 16v16 - 32 Player in one server
This server had normal SniperRifle
Would be good if somebody make a server like this and will be again alive the Sniper party
Now I think the most popular server is the [UT] Clan Sniper Freestyle/Camper with silenced ZARK SniperRifle
But there no CTF, and not very powerfull the games when the peoples playing DM because the SpawnProtection is annoying because if you shoting your health is going low
In Sniper Mania that was better
Just hope once I will play agan a server like this
Or maybe I can make a server like this, my friend Pizzi can sponsor me with one server
Only just we need to setup the server, it will be a German server
What do you think guys, we can revive the classic Sniper?
