Ive visited our server....
downloadtime: enough time to hang my laundry up
the specials: no dodging, to much running and you will die, while your running you shoot slower, if the server is emtpy there are 3 bots, sniper-zoom is 45x

sounds like they use a "No Dodge" mutator the same as our server does, this is intended for those servers who dont like "freestyle sniper game play" all this mutator does is "disable" the check box in prefrences/game and keeps checking its disabled while you play.
As seen in the image below.

once you leave the server if you use the dodge feature in every game you play then just check the box again.
it does not alter anything else in your user.ini

we also use another mutator which stops the exploit of "16bit graphics settings" by people having the ability to see through textures. so our server (and many others) also force the 32bit graphics setting in the same way, by mutator.

I think this 32 bit mutator is only running on Sniper servers like the one of JAG or DoC...
Actually I dont play on the servers that have running a NoRun/NoDodge mod because IN MY OPINION that is just crippling the game.

but heres the logic..

"if" you or any player prefers to flip jump dodge ect then "no run monitors" "No Dodge" are ment to inhibit "freestyle" while in a "camping" server... "if" any player dont like those restrictions, then the mutators used are doing whats intended, slowing the game style down for those players who "want" slower tactical games. they are not intended to "cripple the game"
just make the server more specific to the game style the server is intended for.
our server is empty most of the time Not because of th "no Dodge" but due to "no bots" which the host wont allow!
Who wants to go into a empty server with no bots... no one!
host stuffed us there and we cant do anything about it.
so we will mainly use the server for hosting matches..

just to clarify, in the past we have used "no run mutators" but we prefer not to these days, due to the size of some of the maps we use. we agree they can be set too harsh. and its very dificult to set a no run mutator to be fair in both huge and small maps.

at least that is right for the NoRunMod also if I hate it but the NoDodhe mutator just disables one of the best parts of this game and even "if" you are camping then you cant dodge away when you get shot and after I died 2 times because I didnt have the chance to get away fast I get pissed because I play this game because of special things like dodging and xlocking.

lol so you proberly wouldnt like it if I released a mutator i had made a long time ago..
again intended for use on non freestyle camping servers, like ours.
if i recall, this is how it works lol..

You can only use jump boots if holding the translocater.
to prevent people jumping, flying in the air swapping to rifle and shooting the enemy during flight.

so far we have not used it..
