I was wondering something, the "skills kill" is almost a mod with the mod, I was wondering if it was possible to use them without necessarily having to make matches all the time with the nali weapons?

Yes, it's possible, since that's actually a mutator within the mod, but it's not exposed (it's automatically loaded with the usage of the weapons mutator).
If you have a server, you only need the

ok i have looked and searched cant find anything to do with my issue, I have got it installed but it just won't work not getting any errors here is my log .. I'm not a novice but not an expert could anyone please point me to where I'm going wrong thanks in advance

From your log it seems that you're trying to set up a server?
In that case, it seems that what you're missing is to add the ServerPackages of the mod in the server UnrealTournament.ini.
In other words, you need to open the UnrealTournament.ini file in a text editor, find the area with the
This info is actually in the ReadMe.txt file included with the mod, as well in one of the files from the Help directory also included in the mod (NW3.pdf), although ironically I haven't included it in the FAQ despite being a frequent question that comes up.
In that case, it seems that what you're missing is to add the ServerPackages of the mod in the server UnrealTournament.ini.

"AddToPackageMap" was really missed at that time... It would be much easier for novices to install the mod...

By the way, NWIII contains the code that is able to trigger some of v451 bugs and to successfully crash it... It is better to use the latest release of v469 instead...

This is by far the most common issue people face when trying to set up a server, be it to play with their friends or as a public one for everyone.
I should set up a FAQ in ModDB to be picked up by Google so people are able to find this info easier.
And maybe just release an additional mod that does just that with

But now it's too late though, this needed to be fixed during Epic's time, 2 decades ago.
I already considered doing a new release of the mod with this sort of thing fixed (along other fixes and cleanups), by using the new functionality of the latest versions, but people may get the wrong idea and think the update to be more significant than what it would actually be (especially with a new Ultra Gore version right around the corner, which I have been working on), and especially after I called it "final".

Hi thanks for the response i have done all that was said plus updated the version of UT from GitHub but when I run the server and load the mutators the weapons do not load in or any hands seem to get stuck on Spawning NWHandsInfo... here is my log again as I am totally confused as it works perfectly offline .. thanks in advance

But since you mentioned you did everything described, I trust that you did add this in there, in which case, either:

it seems that you're using a Map Vote mod, which often offers the feature of voting for a different gametype and mod (and not only different maps), and so it stands to reason that it would also have a way to set up the ServerPackages which are relevant for that gametype/mod.
So, I think you need to set the ServerPackages in the ini file that comes with that MVE2h mod.
I am not familiar with that mod configuration myself, but others may be able to help (especially server admins who use this type of mod).

Eureka thanks for your help it was the mapvote issue I changed a truth to false and now is working fine for anyone having this problem with the [MVE] Map Vote in the MVE_Config.ini change bOverrideServerPackages=True to bOverrideServerPackages=False and all will work well .. thanks so much for your help just wondered is there an UI for any config for Nali weapons? also do you have any grea0t tips0 for me0 as now I have to learn to administer them
