place resulting file in maps folder, try open in game, console command "open CTF-w00tEternalCave"
If missing any files follow this procedure again using
http://uz.ut-files.com/ and the filename with extension .aux.uz, .u.uz, .umx.uz, utx.uz make sure to put in correct folders before re-trying
I know there are easier ways to see dependencies, if anyone wants to name a tool or php script it would be so much easier

Hmmm, strange. I tried to look for the .uz file version but for me can't load the page.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
