Looking for Heat seeking rocket mutator i used to have

A few years back i had a mutator that made the rockets from the rocket launchers follow you with heat seaking ai.
The same creator also made another mutator that launched little turrets that produced those heat seeking rockets.

Anyone remember the name?

There's 2 different rocket mutators, both of which I've got at home, that fit your criteria.
The one with the thing like in your picture was based off the original Star Trek series robot:

That's why you hear the voice saying "I am Nomad" when those little things are moving around the map launching rockets.
The other's called Smart Rockets. It fires slightly different grenades and slower moving rockets with a greater range, that once locked onto a person will follow them until they hit them. Even if a person is killed, the rocket locks onto where they respawn in the game and continues to go after them.
If I remember when I get home tonight, i'll see if I can .zip those up for you.

Decided to hook up my old external storage and looks like I had downloaded this NoMad file on 03/15/2005. Enjoy!
Edit: Someday I might have to go through this external drive because I might find some goodies I forgot about.

Zencoder was a God among mod/mutator makers back in the early days of UT. I miss him bunches!

Yeah for sure. Maybe if someone who knew him personally from back in the day could maybe get him back to coding again, that would be awesome.

I used to chat him up all the time back when, before I knew about UT-forums, but I'm not sure I still have his email addy.
