Anyone want to Schedule a "get-together" ?

Anyone want to plan out a time where everyone can just join up and play a good ol' game of DM or maybe a Team game?
The UT community is a small one, so why not have some fun times once in a while?
If not then that's ok. I understand the time zone differences alone make this hard. (Florida USA) (Currently 11Pm -non military time)
If so, we should all plan out a time and date where we all can hang out and have some fun! ^_^

Of course! I'm actually only one state up from you, so timing wouldn't be too much of an issue
I'm partial to camping servers because they're slow-paced and great to unwind to after a hectic day (although those maps require >5 players to be interesting). But I enjoy classic DM and CTF too.

Well I've never really tried Camping servers. I have stumbled in one a few times when I was little. (like 8 or so) I didn't know where everyone was and was spooked by the random headshots. ( I don't remember but I may have been kicked a few times, because I moved around the map too much....)
I would love to gather a good list of friends to hang around and play a few games (UT and some) I do own skype and I use steam sometimes (not much for the gaming anymore)
Anyone is welcome to PM me for the contact info if you'd like to talk while we play. I'm a voice chat kinda guy.

Oddly, I'm usually the running around in the open guy that snipers love getting headshots on.

I'm not a fan of Sniper maps, I don't see the fun in those, I prefer it close and personal. I also would rather have a LAN party but that's not easy seeing how I don't have friends (And I like it that way), so I guess I'm gonna have to wait until I have children so I can teach them the ways of the Tournament and then proceed to kill them. Some Diablo II would be fun as well.

Hmm, we really should try and organise a regular thing.
Hook has a regular friday saturday crowd. If you like big bangs and rocketry it is very fun playing with modded deemers.
He is also hosting Food Fight fryingpan matches for the true Olympian fighters.
Hermskii has a good selection of the UT99.org maps and also hosts Chaos and deemer servers
There are several Chaos servers (which I should spend more time in), if you want a more fun time laying proxy traps and swinging around with the grapple.
The 2 official servers have all the Chaos models and skins. I usually play Chaos as a Chrek so people can recognise me easily.
Final Chaos v1.1 required.

I was thinking of making a community game night sponsored by whoever, with special mods and all that jazz with fast download on server .... etc. with multiple gametypes.
Server recorded demos being auto-uploaded to website haven't been made yet but I want to make that happen.
I have an idea sponsor in mind.. just thinking when I should do it so I can set it up.

I have a server I run, but it's mainly for me and 2 other people that I tend to play with every once in a blue moon.
Community events would be a nice thing to see. Every community I join up always degrades after a few months.... So I'm kinda super into fun times with community peoples.

Sniper maps with the Ha&Ka Steinfrucht ...no scope ...pure aim skill ... and the possibility to stab your opponent.

8 Years old? Ha! I was the little kid playing at 3-6 years old in MH servers and i was good player when i have seen myself in a video. (I am still noob though.)
