If i open a new Window or Tab (Ctrl + T), i get this:

Image

Howto:

1. Install the "Fast Dial" Addon on your Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5721
2. Download this graphic: Image (This is ideal for 19" Screen (1280 px width) if you have 17", just cut it to 1024 px width.
3. Open a new Tab. Now you should see the "Fast Dial" Addon working on your Firefox.
4.
a) Rightclick > Preferences > General > Show > Empty Cells NOT marked
b) Rightclick > Preferences > Appearance > Backgroundimage > UT Image! (Or any other images you want as background)

Done!

Have fun! :)
